Happy Fall Table

That's right.  It's time for another link party with Susan at Between Naps on the Porch.  This week it's all about Fall at Henrietta's House.  I love the colors, the foliage and flowers and most of all pumpkins - pumpkin pie, pumpkin bars, pumpkin pancakes!  But more on my love of pumpkin later.  Let's look at my table!

The charger and purple flower dishes are from Better Homes and Gardens new line of housewares.  Wal-Mart is carrying them.  The purple goblets are also from Wal-Mart.

The white dishes with the light brown accent are actually from Sweden!  A woman mom knows had a lot of them and wanted to get rid of some.  Can't pass those up!!

Don't you just love the squirrel salt 'n pepper?  Straight from Marshall's.

The acorn dishes are my favorite! They are by Global Design Connections. The silverware brand is Handmade GS.

And the tablecloth is handmade by the late mother of a very good friend of mine.  She was kind enough to give it to me.  Her mother was an avid quilter and seamstress and I am honored.

I'd also like to send some blog love all of you who visit and especially for all of the supportive and encouraging comments.  I live to read your comments!!  Thank you!

I saw those chargers at Walmart about 2 weeks ago and almost bought them...just barely resisted. :) They look wonderful in your fall tablescape! Love how the goblets work so well with your pretty salad plates. Happy Tablescape Thursday!

  5. Jen,
Everything looks great! The hand embroidered tablecloth is so very special; what a talented lady she was!
The beautiful tablecloth, plates from Sweden, beaded napkin rings, and the silverware turn those "high-end" dishes, tureens, chargers, and squirrels into quite a stunning table.
And, I love the fresh cut flowers from your yard.
    Happy Fall!
    Love,
    Mom
