Star-Spangled Sugar Cookies

Yesterday, my mom and my daughter spent some quality baking time together.  This is a special holiday for mom.  Tomorrow is her birthday.  So they decided to make some sugar cookies and decorate them in the spirit of the fourth!

Here are some little helping hands.
