Happy Hour #22 CSN Stores Review

Welcome to another Happy Hour!  This week we are mixing it up!  CSN Stores was kind enough to ask me to write a review of their service and products.  They gave me $35 to spend any way I wanted.  So one of the items I bought was for Happy Hour, of course!

These little shot glasses are soooo cute, and funny, too!  The set of four highlight phases of intoxication - tipsy, drunk, wasted and plastered with alarmingly accurate definitions, such as:

Tipsy: Adj.  The usual signs are a flushed face, stupid grin, loud voice and a profound love for mankind.  The sufferer is incredibly deep, intelligent and insightful but prone to giggle.

But on to the review of CSN's service.  Their website has so many products to pick from, but I stuck to bakeware and barware.  Along with my shot glasses, which were right around $10, I also bought a small ramekin and a springform pan.  We used it to make a cookie dough cheesecake for my birthday, but more on that in a later post!  CSN's site was easy to navigate and their sorting features were extremely helpful.  I need to try out their Notify Me feature.  If an item you want is out of stock, you can get notified by CSN when it is available.  But rarely did I see anything that was out of stock!  Checkout was a breeze and I got each of my items within 5 days.  Two of those five days were Saturday and Sunday!!  So I was really happy with the fullfillment and ship time.

Each item was packed with bubble wrap in an appropriately-sized box.  I know that may sound strange, but it's weird and wasteful when I order something and it comes in a huge box that is too big for the item.  But these boxes were just right, Goldilocks.

Overall my CSN Stores experience was a great one!!  I will be posting my cookie dough cheesecake birthday cake using the Farberware springform pan from CSN this week.

Let's look at my cute shot glasses again on my black and white birthday table!!

Italy and Wal-Mart come together for a nice setting.  The black chargers are from Italy and the white china is from Wal-Mart.

Each person gets their own shot glass at this table!

I just love lillies, especially near Easter.

I hope you found my review of CSN helpful and enjoyed my black and white birthday table!  I will be posting the cookie dough cheesecake using my new, straight from CSN springform pan later this week.  I'll also be starting my posts on mom and dad's beautiful new deck, screened porch and outdoor fireplace project.  Can't wait to share that with you!!

  3. A black and white table is always a favorite around here, so it's fun to see what others do in this color combo. Yours is delightful with the cute new shot glasses, the mix of stripes and dots, and the white lilies. Thanks for sharing. ~ Sarah (your linky buddy)
